Can’t say I have so far [mention]gazza31112 [/mention] but it’s not cured the noise that was coming from the front end so think it might be a top mount needing replaced too

Still have a knocking sound coming from the front end, so new adjustable drop links to try fix it which it didn’t! And new genuine golf R pads as my old ones were squeaking and driving me mad!

New top mount bearings fitted today, managed to source them fairly local so quick trip and no more knocking! Finally!
