First of all, thanks for all the help. As a lurker and non contributer, this forum has helped many times to point me in the right direction about the quirks of retrofitting.
The Van
This was my work van for 4 years.
Bought in 2014 for £1200 with a knackered clutch at auction.
Base van
2.0 SDI 69hp
5 speed
White and rust
Bog standard everything.
Manual Windows.
Manual Heater, no AC.
Standard Radio.
The van was tatty, rusted front wheel arches, dents even been wedged down a lane, body to body with a transit.
About a year ago decided to get it back on the road. Tandem pump had failed so decided it was a good excuse for a few upgrades.
The Mods
2.0 TDI BKD Engine + Six speed Manual.
-Engine
-Transmission
-Dual Mass Flywheel and Clutch
-Rad pack
-Clutch Slave cylinder
-Drive shafts
-Timing belt and pulleys
-Vacuum solenoid block
Got lucky with the power steering as mine was already electric, presumably because its an early mk3 SDI.
External
Touran Mk2 Front end.
Black roof rails.
Window Wind deflectors.
Roof mounted Poynting 4G antenna.
Painted in Raptor bed liner - 'British Gas Blue', always liked the colour!
Number plates
Internal
Touran Dashboard
Touran Climatronic Heater box and controls
Touran door cards
Touran arm rest
Electric windows - Shut and open on key fob
Rns310 Head unit - Bluetooth module
Midline Clocks
Golf MK7 steering wheel
Touran carpets
Passat interior light with red ambient
Insignia Leather seats
Suede headlining, tray and A, B pillars
4G router mounted in roof tray
The Back
Leisure battery under passenger seat.
-Victron Dc to Dc charger
-Fuse panel
Diesel heater under driver seat.
-Afterburner controller
-outlet in driver side rear ply lining
The Rear
Carpeted body anthracite 4 way stretch.
-Ply panels Dark maroon
Bulk head delete using bulkhead.
Roof ply lined
4 x Led spotlights
Projector
Switch panel controlling lights, Projector, 4G router, 12v and USB outlets. Mounted on bulkhead delete.
Wish board floor.
Think that about covers the Mods.
Any questions about anything I would be more than happy to help.

Looks great.
How complicated was to swap to BKD?
I have TDI, but am just wondering.
Also, do you remember what's the code of your gearbox?
Thanks in advance!
