Keep looking at your van and it puts mine to shame. Any advice for fitting the reversing cameras please? Iv noticed iv got additional relays in LHS plastics at the rear which I presume is something to do with the WAV conversion. Or did you take a fresh feed from the fuse box?
Thanks
Thanks

Nice camper caddy!
If I have time next summer, I'll try to create a nice little set!

Fitted a modified Fiamma Carry Bike CADDY.
Original design is a high level carrier that I can't lift my eMTB up into ! 25Kg

It is however the only carrier that bolts properly to the Caddy and doesn't just use straps that I could find. There is a German Low-Loader but it is all straps and add-ons and also costs about £800+

Just need to sort the numberplate stuff now ...

Nice work, that's a great modification for the rack as it's really high in standard form.

Hi there mate.
Any advice for removing the headliner so I can sound deaden and insulate please? Can't work how to access the clips in the middle of the liner

Great work on the bike rack, I very nearly bought one myself but was put off by the loading height. I ended up getting a towbar fitted as I already had a suitable rack for the car…
How visible are the rear lights when loaded up with two bikes? Or do you use it with a trailer board?

It needs a trailer light board when carrying bikes now that it is lower.

Sorry for the delayed response, I've resubscribed to the thread now.Ellis667 wrote: ↑Mon Dec 12, 2022 9:36 pm Keep looking at your van and it puts mine to shame. Yes, relays are for WAV Ramp Lock.
I power my rear camera via a relay from a fusebox permanent live. I trigger the relay from the Android CanBus Decoder Reversing signal.

Long job ...
Tidy up the old centre console switches and Head Unit wiring.
ADD - ASR-Off, Webasto-ON, and FAN-On.
Move and Add relays to the VW Relay board using VW carriers.
Make new looms for switches and WEBASTO Heater.
Start fitting and avoid the storms !!!
Nearly there with the new switches and loom(s)
