Hey guys ..... wonder if anyone can help .... have a 2013 caddy 1.6 has been running great and all of a sudden went out to start it and nothing .....
All electrics seem to work , Central locking, wipers, lights etc ..... when i unlock and open the door the display cluster lights up fine but when i turn the key ... nothing ...... display cluster switches off all together ..... spometimes stays on... doesnt display 'press clutch' when trying to trun over... no other light come on dash, clocks dont sweep putting ignition on .... battery is fine, all the fuses are fine ....
Just for future ref… it might help someone …. Turned out to be an old alarm that was on the caddy that had partially removed …. Previous owner didnt disclose this ….. horn was removed and no key fobs … turns out the imobilizer was still working and kept arming …..
