Is your van lowered as mine had this and it turned out to be the camber. Something to do with an issue with the driveshaft hitting the gearbox.
Something like that anyway

I've done my gear box oil today, it dampended....... but I've only done 5 miles or so.. so I'll report back after a longer trip.
UPDATE!!
I've done around 90k miles since this, and yes it has improved the humming sound ALOT but not totally gone away.
But I can say that the humming sound when turning with clutch up is the Differential.

I haven't fixed fix but... A heavy expert Reckons it's the brakes? I don't know... But I bought some get it fitted Thursday. Post soon.

Not the brakes the only thing i can think of is the wheels or the DRIVE SHAFTS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! since my humming sound is louder on the left then the right and the shafts aren't the same lengh !
