Touran door cards trimmed, every clip and screw etc replaced in door cards plus actually having it bolted in... when doing the drivers, the inside catch fell off and had to take it back off again but found some magic stars in the armrest so I let it slide.

Plus, I have a photo of my caddy with the wheels, done 100 miles earlier, so it's all a bit dirty, but I might have a chance tomorrow to give it a clean/wax. ImageImageImageImage

So I went to fix the broken washer hose again, and it snapped in 2 places.. so I had to get this fixed once and for all.

Had to take the wheel arch off and undo all the tape and removed all the old plasic hose which wasn't as bad as I thought, while I was there I removed the rear hose as that's blanked anyways.

Got everything cleaned up as much as I could and blanked the pump on one side. The washers have never been so good! And only toke a couple of hours.

Also gave the van a quick clean to show off the wheels.ImageImageImageImageImageImageImageImage

Roof sound deadening done and insulation all sorted.

Roof lining covered in dark grey suede, all other Roof parts bar the a pillar and rear seat belt plastic painted in smoke grey too.

Waiting on a touran light and microphone so I can get rid of the ugly microphone for the aftermarket stereo.. ImageImageImageImageImageImage

A black interior makes the cab feel so much nicer! The suede roof will tie in very nicely with your door cards 👌

Finished the rest of the interior, and it's now all smoke grey!

Waiting on the touran interior light, which I'll paint also and still searching for some front seats, ideally heated alcantara ones.ImageImageImage

Thanks, mate. I did think about the dye, and I've tried dark grey and anthracite paint, but they were well off, so I went with the smoke grey.

Haven't tried the dye. Only different shades in rattle cans, mate.

Bit of a lucky eBay purchase, been after one of these boomba gear knobs since I saw one on someone else's build. Luckily, one came up for £20.00 buy it now, so I didn't hesitate! As a bonus, I've got the 6-speed gearbox to match.

I'm thinking of cutting the shifter down an inch, though.Image
