Also fitted the 550 fuel injectors ready for the extra boost but my phone went flat so I didn’t get any pics of them. Not overly exciting anyway!

All back together albeit a bit of tweaking and tidying up. It runs………. Like a bag of over fuelled s@#t.. ha ha to be expected when you almost double your fuel injector size. That will get sorted with the remap.

Running out of space. So I’ve opted to put it on the offside and relocate the washer tank

Ha ha! Yeah it’s a never ending project this one. I’m hoping I can get enough power from the super charger set up at full chat. Hoping to see upwards of 400Bhp.
if not il have to start thinking about a big turbo setup

Did those 18" wheels clear the big brakes with ease or did you have to add spacers ?

@Mo Dbn Sorry boss I haven’t been on for a few weeks. The standard wheels don’t fit the big brakes with out spacers and it was causing me ongoing problems with vibration so I’ve gone for OZ ultraleggara with a 35 offset. These are beautifully light and fit with no spacers required.

Started fitting the actual charge cooler and decided it’s…. Well.. just a bit too small to be effective. Obviously I need to be careful with supercharging as to much volume will cause me issues too.

So after a lot of interwebbing and trying to find a more suitable charge cooler I come up with this

Not fully finished installation yet but one bonus of a R32 Caddy is there is a shit load of room between the inlet manifold and the bonnet. And voila one charge cooler. I had to remove some of the webbing on the underside of the bonnet to allow clearance when the engines trying to get out of the engine bay at full load.

So today’s task was Con rod bearing shell replacement as a preventative measure and ARP Rod bolt upgrade.
