Picked up a set of mk7 golf r callipers in need of some tlc so had them vapour blasted and I painted them with a fresh set of logos with some new 340mm brembo discs also treated the rear to a fresh lick of paint and discs and pads to match the front . I also picked up a set of caddy life mirrors and had them painted and fit some r logos to them happy with how it’s turned out just need to pick up a new set of wheels now

I am thinking of doing the mirror change, but am worried about blind spots.

The big mirrors I have seem OK, as I have a Maxi with no side windows.

How do you find the vision?

Hi rock_it: the vision obviously wouldn’t be as good as the original caddy ones but I absolutely hated them and the whistling from them on motor ways done my head in lol

Yeah fair call .. I haven't owned my Caddy long enough to hear whistling .. And only in start stop traffic, no issues. Will see what my first real motorway experience is like as well ..

Thank you , I’ve had them in about 3 years now and no problems can be a little uncomfortable at times but overall I’m happy with them
