Hello , Do any of you here have golf VII R seats?
do you need some coding or is it plug and play? How it is with airbag or heated seats

I installed the MK7 R seats in my Mk3 caddy the other week, and got the heated seats working also. My van never came with seat airbags so I haven’t bothered connecting them up as it seemed more hassle than what it’s worth. If you want to retain the features of the seat though I got a wiring loom from Stan the man, and then an air con control unit with the heated seats buttons. Just needed simple coding and it worked
