Any one tell me if front seats from a 2007 golf plus fit 2013 caddy

Looks like I need to drill caddy base.do I cut off lugs and bolt in back and drill front holes in base or other way round

Cut lugs off, offer the seats up, mark where to drill front holes, remove seats, drill holes, bolt seats back in

Or get touran bases and just bolt the seats straight in with no drilling or cutting.

Absolutely. Greed is everywhere now. After lockdown, lots of folk turned into ar.se ho.le.s

That hasn't gone away unfortunately.

On front of h base the welded support in channel is in the way off putting locknut in.

Is it better to bolt to front of h frame and drill rear

Stu, Iv only played about with my standard caddy ones mate, mine are approx 500x550mm and under 4kg each at an absolute guess Image

Dubtubz I bolted the fronts in the original holes then drilled the rears, sorry mate iv just seen in my previous post i said I drilled the fronts, that was my mistake!!! Was definitely the backs as iv used the original welded threads for the front, Iv just gone to check! Apologies mate!
