Bluetooth not working

I have a 2015 caddy c20 highline and it says my Bluetooth is connected on the dashboard but when I click the media button it only shows me the option to use the CD player. Does anyone know what the problem is and if so, where would I take it to get fixed?

It’s the rcd 310. Ive only had the van a week and it was working for a few days after I bought it, then it stopped working, I fixed it and now it’s broke again and I can’t for the life of me fix it again. I will be upgrading to a screen soon but I’d still like to get it working for now

If you have the RCD 215 like I have, I found I can connect the van to the phone by the MFD settings, but have no audio when playing media / music on the phone.

Not sure if this is just how it is, mine also has a Parrot 3100 kit fitted by previous owner so perhaps this failed at some point and all audio stopped working. Yet to connect again to "VW PHONE" and try a call instead of media, or see what options are available for this stereo on OBDeleven as it may just need coded again.

I can connect to the Bluetooth I have no problem connecting to Bluetooth. I can make calls and receive calls using the buttons on my indicator and I can hear the calls through my speaker. But when I click the media button on my radio it doesn’t give me the option to listen to Bluetooth audio to listen to music

Yeah me too. Like all VAG Bluetooth systems it doesn't seem to support audio for streaming music so I use the aux, mine says iPod integration enabled but no music over Bluetooth works.
