Manual windows to elc not working help please

Hello everyone
So have a 2004 sdi caddy with manual windows . Have fitted touran elc window regs door cards dash . Ran a live feed from fusebox to both regs . Checked with muti meter . Both have 12vs going to them on then but non are working . I pined it all into the door looms so all done nicely. No windows . Have fitted old modules just so I have central locking . Do I need to repin?
