Stripped out the seats and base plates for a hoover and a good old scrub of the centre console Image

So I finally stripped everything out the back Image

Well I fit haven’t done that to check I fit Image but I do so all good gonna sort a leak out today and clean the floor properly after a hoover and get some
Sound deadening in some insulation if I have time today

So I done a bit of sound deadening in my lunch brake the other day Image
Got loads more to do I Ordered way too much carpet haha Image

I got anthracite and I got some longer grey clips I have a wedding to goto tomorrow so I’ll be doing the rest of the sound deadening and some insulation on Saturday and on Sunday
Gave it a wash today also and really need to learn how to use a polisher I think Image

Detailing could be a deep and pricey rabbit hole to go down!

:D Well that's probably the biggest cost you've saved! Would be smart to give it a good going over and treat it bewfore winter sets in too

Yeah when I finally decide to do it I’ll do it at work when nothings on my ramp at work then do it in doors my brothers gonna show me how to do it then just leave me to it haha

Not a lot done managed to do some
More sound deadening plenty more
Todo my clutch release bearing is making some noise so picked up a
Luk rep set very cheap ;) bought a bed 2nd hand just need a mattress and paint it up

And also fitted some caddy life mirrors quite impressed with the quality of them Image

Wow, those mirrors are a big visual improvement to the exterior! I really wouldn't mind some of those little pocket trim pieces that go in front of the arches but they seem to hard af to find without paying through the nose from VW

The mirrors were 137 electric ones and I only payd 25 quid for someone to paint them
I assumed those pockets were in all the maxis ? If I come across a set I’ll grab em for you we have a few caddy’s up the workshop and also one of the boys just grabbed a parts one aswel I’ll see if there is any in that

That would be great if any show up! was looking for a drivers side only as the near side will be covered up with a bed eventually

Been following your build, great work. Mirrors look good and that second hand bed frame is a real time saver.
