okay next mods on the list to do, is custom boost pipes as the stock ones are not living upto the job !!!!! :evil: ...so we have turned the boost right down :cry: ...will hopefully have them made up buy the weekend and then off to powder coaters for a bit colour ...havent decided yet on which colour !!!

I'am finally going to tackle the rear interior part of the van .....mainly to neaten thing up and secondly to reduce road noise ...then tackle the polo gti rear seat mod :fear:

so ended up buying a few meters of this ....

still need to buy some more suede for the roof and rear cards etc but will go hunting another day...for now this will be enough work !!!!

so started on carpeting the bin ......yoh getting high here....forgot how good contact glue is !!! :lol: :lol:

not finished and no where near perfect but getting there !!!

Failed on the rear doors :twisted: :bang: ....didnt go right to the bottom !!!! going to have to try and patch down there ....oh well ???

got some suede arriving tomorrow hopefully ??? and I can cover the roof and cards .....

thanks Drumbum .....no unfortunatly I couldnt get my hands on some spray glue ...so good old fashioned 5lt contact glue and a sponge !!!!....caution it can end up messy so BE careful !!!

will the water not just come in the van by doing all the doors like that? as the carpet is between the door and the rubber seal?

no not yet tested it with the hose pipe ....so far so good ....

so go stuck in ...only to run out of black plastic thingy majigies !!

got some on back order so roof and rear side cards not in yet...

had some spare interior lights so decided to put some more rear lighting so its easier to find stuff in the dark !!!

You have put some serious work into your caddy, keen to know how the power ended up and what was the spool like with the big turbo
