Nice little caddy meet up last night at Lakeside after a Chinese buffet in Dartford. M25 was closed on my way home so I got diverted only to find the M1 closed too

Trial fitted the new wheels as I wanted to check fitment with the calipers. Also neded to see if the spigot rings I got with the rims fitted. Tyres should be with me next week

Getting closer Rims have been ceramic coated and wrapped in Continental contact sport 6 rubber. The urge to put them on is so strong but I literally couldn’t ask for worse weather with snow, ice and road salt. That said, if I make it through the weekend without fitting them I’d be amazed

I do now yes. I might take the old ones off, give them a thorough clean and top up the ceramic coating, then put them back on. That way I can see how the new ones look for a few days before putting them away until the better weather arrives.
