What the hell
Why on earth would this eyesore be mandatory ?
What's the reasoning ?
Surely a magnetic device would be better than drilling thru your roof - especially if your only visiting or travelling thru Spain....

Sorry for the confusion - It is magnetic
Not a permanent fixture, it replaces the warning triangle as the new mandatory safety warning device for 2026+ in Spain.
It has GPS and IOT connectivity built in to relay position automatically to the road authorities in Spain when activated.

well today was productive started out like this back door was fully covered in carpet

so time to rip it all off and do it properly

all glue cleaned off took ages but came up very well then re covered the rear panel instead and re fitted it back onto the door

and the other door done aswell

holts tar and glue remover i sprayed that on first let it dwell for a bit then used and old card to scrap the heavy stuff off did this about 3 times on both doors then used a microfiber cloth and some petrol to get the remaining glue off

I was also going to ask this, done a bloody good job! Iv been trying with an adhesive remover, it's very slow going!
