The top picture is for right and the bottom picture is for left. Its the wiring inside the red box. As you can see yours seems to be wired up for the right side and it might explain the weird functions you have. Unless I am reading it wrong

If it was me these are the changes I would make, give it a go and see what happens. Worst case you can wire it back the way it was and bring it back and show them the diagrams.

Swap pins 1 and 6.
Remove pin 2 and insert into pin 4.
Remove pin 5 and insert into pin 2.
Remove pin 3 and insert into pin 5.

Well.... Firstly i can say, you were correct... The plugs were wired differently.....

And secondly your a life saver.... And also a bloody genius.... It worked!

Honestly I can't thank you enough! With a baby on the way and a very expensive seat conversion just done, the side door working was kinda of a bit part of that!!!!
Again thank you so much!!

Moral of the story.... Buy genuine!
And long live this forum! Image

Honestly mate it's been driving me insane all last night and all day today, I would never in a million years figure that out by myself.
Even if I noticed the pins I would of just swapped the opposites and given up!
Thank you
