Oh and I have some axle centralising plates somewhere in the garage that need fitting too, couldn’t find them yesterday. They’ll go on when I do the rear pads.

Centre caps should be here this week. I’m actually really happy with the van, just need to sort the radiator out and it’s good to go!

Looking good chap, the OE center caps are a joke on the prices. I sold my old set a while ago for a decent low price and they went pretty much straight away

I’m hopeful mine turn up soon, looks good pants without them.
Had to return the mk7 gti steering wheel as the gloss surround had loads of broken clips, seller offered to send another surround but wanted me to close the eBay case before he even shipped it so I told him I was sending it back. I’ve since bought a better condition R Line steering wheel so I’ll chuck that on when it arrives, hopefully tomorrow!

Just cleaned the steering wheel up before I got it (very excite).

No huge difference as it’s pretty good condition to be honest, but this is what came out of the magic eraser.

Probably going to sell this van, just can’t seem to do the logistics with the now 2 kids, always swapping seats.

That's a shame, loving your build so far - I've got a very similar van myself, a SWB with tailgate.

How did you get these to fit? Did you use touran bases?
