Hello everyone and I'm sorry for creating yet another post about this.
I have a 2017 start line with a plastic wheel and no buttons.
My old scwm was 5k0953569bb I bought one ending in bf as the table in rosstech said it should be compatible with the mfsw. I bought a steering wheel from a polo 6c0419091 with only the cnl button on the left. Without coding I understand that nothing will work, but when I've fitted the parts the buttons don't light up and the horn doesn't work. Should I have backlight and my horn without coding? If yes, are the parts incompatible? I don't have the coding software myself as this is my first VW so I was hoping I'd get everything installed and find someone to code it in for me.
