Nothing to it man position seat so you can bolt the two rear bolts then slide seat back drill through front holes and through base fasten with nut and bolt you may need to cut lug off front simples

Loving the seats to man, I gotta get me a pair of them. Also I'm thinking flashing or the cheaper option of loft insulation (free!)

The workstat kit gives great results! 
Be careful how you store prime though, the lid is crap and leaked in my detailing kit and I lost half of it
