Thanks man! Will hopefully get some more up once the van is cleaned. It's feeling sorry for itself sat in the rain at the moment.dubvan wrote:The wheels look cool in anthracite, mate!

Hi, sorry for the late reply! They are definitely worth the money, the ride is much better with them in comparison to the standard shocks. They also come with adjustable settings which are really easy to adjust, so you can set it as you see fit.downhill-monsta wrote:How do you find the Gaz shocks?

Re: Pure Dents Caddy
Well we had a proper good time at the Volkswagen Festival last weekend! Pitty the weather didn't hold up on the Saturday though.
Well it started off with Dan spending till 2AM on Friday morning getting the van ready. Polished, dents removed, waxed - you name it he did it!

I'll get the picture up of the van under the arch at Harewood house when I have chance to scan it. But he's a few after we set up:

And a cheeky few of my Polo:

So the whole reason we had to get the van ready was because we was putting it into the multicolour display that they had running on the Saturday. So while browsing around the trade stands on Friday we decided these would look pretty good on the van:

Then a few pictures of the van in the Saturday multicolour show:

That's all I managed to get as the weather on the Saturday wasn't great. Dan ended up getting a bonnet bra and various stickers on the Saturday so I'll get a few pictures of the van with it on tomorrow. Thanks for reading and sorry for the long post!

Well here's a picture with the bonnet bra on:

I also forget to add that I drove the van to Birmingham the day before VW Festival to pick some friends up who are moving to Leeds (2nd time driving a lowered car/van for me) and ended up doing this:

Managed to burn the paint on the arch and took a right chunk out of the tyre. I guess that's what you get for absolutely ramming the van out like this (this wasn't even half and there was also 4 of us).

So this will have to do for now!

Then just a few more cheeky shots from the weekend:

Re: Pure Dents Caddy
Not much really to say about the van at the minute. Dan actually purchased a MK5 Golf GTI before Christmas, so all of his money has been going into that!

We tried the 3SDM's on the GTI and put the Monza's on the Caddy, but it just didn't look right, so they quickly went back on the van.

And we may have purchased a snow foam lance!

We've just fitted Air-ride to the Golf and have some plans to take it to some shows this year, which may mean the Caddy will probably stay like it is for now. This doesn't mean we still don't have plans though. We are debating on getting the Touran front bumper done and also getting rid of the exhausts at the back, just to tidy it up.

Is the exhaust a full stainless or just a custom back box? If you fancy selling it give me a shout

Hey Rubber12
It's a custom back box, we did it ourselves. It's not the best so wouldn't say its worth selling!
