Hi,
I've installed Golf heated seats (alcantara ones). I connected wiring. Wires from AC shows 9V when toggling between stages, 0 when its OFF on AC. white BCM cable is connected to pin21 in BCM (0186) connector. Added installed seats to BCM coding. And it isnt working. When engine is working I'm getting 9V on main heating cable. (not the supply from fusebox it gets 12V). In VCDS im getting ConsSwOff 0 sometimes 1.
Any ideas?

for anyone looking into same problem. I've changed heater control module in seat to caddy one from vin number. Error (?) still persists but seats started heating. The one from golf only putted 9V on seat heater. Now I'm getting battery voltage 12V
