MFSW and stalk install.

Hello.
Tried to find information but I seem to be struggling.
I have 2015 2.0TDI (75hp/55kw) MK4Starline C20, 5 speed manual with start/stop, so I'm upgrading bits, but cant figure out module I need.

Steering wheel I got for replacment - 3 Spoke, flat bottom 2016 (62128150D), left side buttons for volume and left, right and mute. right side buttons for answer call, voice, up and down, OK.

Stalk - 1K5953507P, cruise on left stalk, wipers only on right side.

Steering wheel module I have at the moment is 5K0953521FS/5K0953569BE but I suspect it will not work with my upgrades I want to so.

Could someone tell me exactly which module I need to make stalk and steering wheel to work.
